Technically, it is still Spring, though I intended to get this issue out sooner. I appreciate the patience of contributors and readers. It is a privilege to publish Corium, as well as a significant undertaking I do not take lightly. And which I couldn’t do without the assistance of Poetry Editor, Heather Fowler. And which I find myself having more difficulty keeping up with otherwise. Plans to bring on an Assistant Editor are in motion, or set for motion. Stay tuned.

In other news, we are thrilled that two stories originally published in Corium were recognized on Wigleaf’s Top 50 Very Short Fictions published in 2012: In Case of Emergency, by Gabe Durham, The Speed of Progress, by John Sibley Williams. In addition, The Morons Wallow in a Sea of Girls, by Kevin Wilson, was acknowledged on the Longlist.

Many thanks to submitters, contributors, and readers. Without you, life would be simpler and much less rewarding. Please enjoy the issue.
